In the local news report linked above, Carrillo is listed as the "President" of a state organization. This is a lie. Carrillo and Cesena, together, have been removed from all "Official" & "National or State sanctioning", off-road racing event organizing.

Why have Carrillo and Cesena been removed? Because they constantly steal money from racers!

When one of the most prominent Baja SOuth racers heard the news Roger Norman was getting cozy with Norman Cesena, he traveled all the way from Baja South to El Cajon California, to Roger Normans shop to warn him about the reputation and track record of Cesena.

What did the head of SCORE International do after receiving this information? NEXT REPORT RIGHT HERE!

The race that caused these reported incidents in this story is a 'private circus'. MORE LOADING>>>

Continued Reporting From La Paz: The race 'organizers' associated with this event has numerous charges against them. Salvador Carrillo and Norman Cesena have stolen the race winning money of numerous desert off-road racers over the years.

Including one American. In a 2006 racing event, Carrillo stole over $1,000 of race winnings from an American who won a southern Baja race. SCORE is very knowledgeable of these facts.

So, it begs the question, why is the American racing organization SCORE-International, the 'organizer' of the Baja 1000, 500 and 250 has been all cozy with the deadbeat scoundrels from Southern Baja, since the new management took over this year. SCORE under Sal Fish had no relationship with Carrillo or Cesena. BajaRacingNews.com will answer the big question, WHY?

August 12 UPDATE!

The driver of the second car that went flying in the video, Antonio García, is in stable condition after he lost a hand in the incident.

EXCLUSIVE REPORTING

The Sad History of the "race organizers" of the desert racing cluster f***, Sunday Aug. 11

Savy Carrillo and Norman Cesena have long rap sheets of irresponsible 'race management'. Starting in 2005, Carrillo was removed by the State of Baja South Sporting Authority, an official government oversight structure, for activities that damaged desert off-road racing in the state. There's more, stay tuned...

Norman Cesena has been well known for many years for stealing the "winnings" of off-road racers in his 'organized events'. Stay tuned, we have a complete listing of the "Cesena Ripoffs".

In 2006, Cesena and his team, removed and burned race markers to a competing event. Not just any race, but a national championship race. Simply becasue he was upset for not getting the work.

Cesena was removed from doing any race organization in 2006, for stealing racers winnings. He collected and did not distribute the race proceeds.

A Baja South desert racer traveled to San Diego and warned Roger Norman of SCORE, about Cesena. Now, BajaRacingNews.com tells the INSIDER STORY!

Original Story:

"The driver of a race vehicle in the Desert Off- Road, Competitive Event, "Cabo 250",  ran over several spectators, among them two minors. The accident occurred near Colonia Leonardo Gastélum, near the "El Chino" junkyard.

Preliminary versions of the accident indicate that the driver of a blue Jeep Cherokee, Number 9, with plates 190-PMU-1, lost control of the vehicle when he hit a mound of dirt a few yards from where some spectators were observing the race.

Losing control, the driver ended up running over three people, two minors who were 17 and 5 years old, and a woman whose information is
uinknown. Those injured, one of which is serious, were taken to the General Hospital in Cabo San Lucas.

The driver of the race vehicle, named Rafael Montaño, was taken to the IMSS hospital."

"With a severe head injury, at least one victim was taken to Salvatierra Hospital. The crash victim, 16 year old Luis Jesus "N", who was hit in an unfortunate accident Sunday afternoon in the Los Cabos area, where the victim was a spectator.

The incident occurred when a 'Class 9' race vehicle, led by Rafael Montaño failed to turn on the race course and went in front, to hit a group of race fans who witnessed the racing event, fully coordinated by Norman Ceseña of Deadbeats Red Duck Racing.

At ten o'clock on Sunday night, the young man entered the hospital injured Salvatierra, where the duty doctor diagnosed him with severe head trauma, injuries which by their nature take longer than 15 days to heal and life-threatening.

In the racing competition, there were supposed to be safety signs and people guiding the races along the route. Reports indicate, the organizer failed to provide these services, at the turn in the race course, where the incident happened.

Everything was due to an unfortunate accident in which the drivers could not control the race vehicles and went against the spectators. The collision involved two vehicles.

The investigations are being carried out by the Attorney General of the State of Baja South, Mexico."
