Baja South, Racer Liz Wayas, Begins to take notice of SCOREs Financial Dealings in Mexico

UPDATED! Sal Fish talking with Liz Wayas on helping the Coyote 300 in La Paz and giving authorities in Mexico, information on SCORE.
Photo of "reunion of association of baja sur racers".
Photo posted April 30. A meeting dated April 15, reflected this information:

"AS EVERY TUESDAY AND PRIOR DAYS OF REST OF HOLY WEEK, COYOTES IS GATHERED, WHERE IS COMMENTED OF THE ADVANCE THAT IS HAS WITH RESPECT TO THE COYOTE 300... IN ITS 20TH EDITION AND WHICH RACE PROMISES TO BE AN INTERESTING NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS AND AN ADDITIONAL INGREDIENT HAVING BROKERS BC AND INTERNATIONAL SCORE IN ADDITION TO OUR FRIENDS RUNNERS IN THE NORTHERN PART OF THE STATE WHERE IS BOASTS A NUMBER OF IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT THAT ALREADY WILL HAVE TALKS."

In terms of teams coming down to Baja Sur to race in the local events may not be significant, because of the huge costs associated with racing in Baja Sur. However, the communications between the Baja Sur people (in particular Liz Wayas) right at the time the new charges againist the new SCORE (in the paper and listed here in the posted article) means that SCORE has alot of explaining to do.

And, the Baja Sur authorities now have the ultimate insider to burn down Roger Norman, Sal Fish! talking with the chief complainer, Liz Wayas.

The proposed new event is now getting to be a very expensive proposition for SCORE owner Norman and his minions.

""La Paz, Baja California Sur.- The Mexican Federal Environmental Protection Agency (PROFEPA) will review to see of the Score Baja Sur 500 Race, which is financed by the state through the Ministry of Tourism and the Tourism trusts with public funds which come from the Hotel Room tax, do not violate environmental regulations.

PROFEPA representative, Valerio Castro, said that for the moment there are no indications to assume that this race is violating regulations, although he promises to review the case.

The preceding came about from the wave of complaints this race is generating in the off road race industry, as according to three-time national champion Elizabeth Wayas, she recently complained that the American business Score International, which operates this race, does not have permission from race authorities to carry out these types of events. In addition, it is a "windfall business" because the state government gives its resources and does not collect any taxes.

For this reason, the United States is looking into this, she said, because there they collect taxes and here they give it money, he said to show is dissatisfaction with the subsidy the state gives to a business which was just sold for $500 million dollars.

This does not even mention that the officials who are giving away public resources to this foreign company are also involved in some kind of irregularity, even if it is due to negligence. This situation has come to the attention of the State Congress, which is all looking into the issue of tourism trust resources which a handled by committees mainly composed of businessmen, which have discretionary power over the financial resources, without having to account to anyone, which should be done with public money.

The race intends to get some 600 competitors from all over the world in different categories, and will be in mid-Janaury 2015, if something else does not happen before that.""

Desert Racing Tracking False Beliefs Exposed!***You'll never believe any race results ever again

BajaRacingNews.com calls on all desert racing sanctions and promoters to engage independent timing and scoring services. Independent of all sanctions, promoters and sponsors.

Even the most sophisticated "Race Tracking System", Technological Jokes, because the "owners" are already playing with the 'race data', whether the racing community wants to believe it or not!

"Back-loading data" common. Yes, this means the people handling the 'race data' can manipulate and 'change' race standings, race results and the final winners and losers of an event. No racing telemetry is trustworthy.

Today, Best In The Desert, SCORE and the other sanctions are struggling with timing and scoring believability. The BITD timing scandal is the "Best" case in point. LOADING NOW>>>

Even the big boys have their data played with...the U-2 story.

The U-2 report from April 30, only reflects how transmitted data, from anyone to anyone can be captured and changed. Even the most sophisticated data transmission is open to manipulation. Though the exact technical causes are not known, the cover story given by the FAA is laughable, "the spy plane’s altitude and route apparently overloaded a computer system" called ERAM, which generates display data for air-traffic controllers. Back-up computer systems also failed.

This U-2 aircraft is actually purposed with sophisticated "active counter-intel" hardware. Cyber-Attack and Counter Attack. The U-2 aircraft in the inventory now have far more sophisticated jobs than the old cold war 'picture-taking'. This U-2 spyplane was probably operating out of Beale Air Force Base, home of the 9th Reconnaissance Wing, north of Sacramento, which is equipped with the last U.S. Air Force’s Dragon Lady jets.

The United States now has new aircraft purposed for formerly U-2 roles.

The Original Story published May 5, 2014: A related case in point

On Wednesday, April 30, many south western based airports were clopsed to in and outbound flights. A U-2, Dragon Lady, aircraft was responsible for computer glitch at a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) 'delaying several flights' that day, to and from many airports at Southwestern United States.

Military use, U-2 Dragon Lady
Other airports in the region that also received halt orders were Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, California, John Wayne Airport on Santa Ana, California and McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas. Flights that were scheduled to land in the Southwestern United States were also halted.

The FAA has now released some details of the incident. A U-2, A Cold War-era spy plane operated by the US military, flew across the air space. It was being tracked by the Los Angeles Air Route Traffic Control Center and seems to have added load on a computer system at the facility.

The plane was said to be flying at an altitude of 60,000 feet and other airplanes were flying at an altitude far below. Decisions to halt the flights were taken to prevent any sort of facility of U-2 with other planes.

"We aren't confirming anything beyond what we already said about it being a software issue that we corrected", affirmed FAA spokeswoman Lynn Lunsford. She did not confirm about whether or not the presence of the U-2 plane caused the computer glitch. Lynn said FAA has applied mitigation measures as changes were made in software.

"The Obvious Outrageous RISKS Racers Face in MEXICO!"

UPDATED!

Other Racers

The Greatest Risk to Desert Off-Road racers in Mexico, is other racers

It's always the other racer!

BajaRacingNews.com has tons and tons and tons of pics, stories and proof that racers are their own worst enemies. It's a joke that some blame 'money', 'locals on the roads' and 'fans' for their worries.

Racers in Baja Mexico have been documented killing, injuring and other harm, to themselves!

In the "Industry", its called, Shenanigans! Brett Sloppy is the desert off-road racing ultimate example. Sloppy "had the wheel ripped out of his hands", his words, when his truck went out of control and he rolled his truck into the crowd of other racing families and fans and killed eight people.

Mike Jenkins almost killed and then ran from any responsibility...CLICK HERE!

Here, Cameron Steele, famous for his 'kook' exploits. He nearly runs into professional racer, Robby Gordon, intentionally. Note, Robby moves to the right, to get out of the way of Steele-an 'adrenaline filled d-bag'. 'Lobster', one of his former teammates has told friends recently, "Scam is turning out to be very questionable".

Another case of intentional ramming of fellow racers! Introducing the ultimate "adrenaline filled d-bag", Kent Kroeker. The video proof of Kents and other racers, willful, wanton injury to another desert racer.

Rory Ward, another 'racer', reportedly sawzalled/stole- sawed off parts from a crashed 1-car in Diablo Dry Lake, his group of thieves also gave alcohol to the 'head' injured co-driver. Rory said that was cool, even though he acts as a 'fireman' in Arizona. Says something about the quality of public service in the state?

General Tires seems to be at the head of the list of "wacked" sponsored drivers. The rot gut tequila purveyor Rick Johnson was filming his race car, from another vehicle, when he drove full speed into the opposing lane. Then it was found out he didn't have insurance to cover his idiocy in Mexico!

The BAJA 500 was a disaster this year! At least two people died, one a racer, the other a bystander killed when a racer, LOST CONTROL OF HIS RACECAR' [getting a hint yet!?] rolled his vehicle over the victim, crushing them!

The racing hacks of Fiolka and Pearlman got Baja Bit this year. Not only did their big secret of their new event get exposed early and laughed at, one racer died, one seriously injured and their "Grand Marshal" got run over and injured. (We are not making this stuff up! One racer per event is killed).

Two racers run into each other and carnage their Trophy Trucks! Gary Newsome

Baja Racing News LIVE! Celebrate 10 Years In Service

The 2014 Dos Mares 500 marks Ten Years of Baja Racing News LIVE! as an ONLINE service. Back in the stone age of 2004, there was very little internet. Baja California South had very little cellular phone service. Baja Safari Mexico Club led the technology and reporting frontier to push the future ahead with Mexico racing reporting to the travel world.
