MDR's McMillin Superstition Series will be holding The King of the Desert drawing party at CAMPING WORLD in San Marcos which is being presented by RacerX Motorsports.
The April 11th CAMPING WORLD drawing party is sure to be one of the biggest ones yet. MDR's Superstition Series is taking the already successful drawing party's and making them more of a Pre-Contingency Drawing Party. There will not only be the traditional Starting Position Drawing, but there will be Raffles, Vendors, Race cars on display and you will now be able to get your contingency decals at registration. This should save you time at Tech the day before the race. Also these Pre-Contingency Drawing Party's will have services like, On site race radio checks and service, Scales for any team that wants to bring their buggy or truck to be weighed, On site shock service and much more. Here are just some of the vendors that are already signed up. Kartek, RacerX, Mendeola, Praxair, Mag7, Powder1 and many more to be announced soon.
CAMPING WORLD is going to have sales & specials through out their large retail store and they are planning to have an RV blowout sale on some RV's and toyhauler trailers for that day only.
Another new company to support this MDR party will be Costco. Costco will be on site providing the food for this event.

RACERS INFORMATION:
BLM Requires: US Forest Service approved spark arrestor & Green Sticker or license plate on all race vehicles
MDR Decals: All race vehicles must have MDR decals on each side of vehicle in order to start the race.
Time Limit: 7 1/2 hr time limit - time starts when you cross the starting line. (exception - see late start)
Laps: Classes - 100, 500, 700, 725, 800, 850, 1000, 1600 - will complete 7, 30 mile laps
Class - 12, 550, 900, 1300, 3700 - Will go 6 laps - 300, 1100, 1200, 1450, 1700 - 4 laps.
