Koronis Parts Inc. (KPI) has acquired Beard Seats, Speed Industries and Speed Strap from RedArt Corporation effective January 1, 2009. Minnesota-based KPI (established in 1967) manufactures automotive, motorcycle, UTV and snowmobile parts and accessories internationally for OEM and the aftermarket.
These established brands, along with KPI’s 40 years of manufacturing expertise, will strengthen the brands and KPI’s presence in the automotive and UTV markets. RedArt Corporation & Timothy Sousamian will continue to be active within the KPI operation, with the focus on California operations, product development, sales & marketing.
