Locals have known for years, the SCORE races are money LOSERS for the community of Ensenada and the State of Baja California.

What the authorities need to understand, is that Roger Norman has nowhere to go. Only Baja California will have his circus.

Any threats to the contrary are bogus, fake.

The Baja 400 protestor is direct evidence, that people are being harmed by the politicians allowing Roger off the hook, in paying for the services of Ensenada, he is actually using.

Ensenada TV Reports: This Saturday at 10:00 o'clock, the Transit expert in Ensenada, Jesús Luna Lezama

tried to prevent the start of the first edition of the off-road race SCORE International Baja 400, as a form of protest and demand before the payment delay suffering for months by the City of Ensenada.

Witnesses point out that the officer was at the point of departure for approximately 15 minutes, until he was removed by municipal police officers.




The protestor hasn't been paid, in months. SHAME on the municipality of Ensenada, Mexico, the State of Baja California and SCORE, Roger Norman.
