The State of Baja California, Mexico, has reverted BACK to CODE RED in the Emergency Status responding to the current pandemic emergency.
All travel by international visitors is controlled by the State Health Department! ONLY essential services are being tolerated for cross-border travel. During the summer, code orange allowed flexible, controlled travel.
Now, with the state going back to CODE RED, ALL TRAVEL IS CONTROLLED by authorities who DO NOT TOLERATE non-essential travel by international travelers into the State of Baja California, Mexico.
