Orange Alert Announced. In the week of Monday, February 15 to Sunday, February 21, the state of Baja California Norte went from Red Alert Status to Orange.
Still, a high alert for Covid-19.
Activities such as bars, nightclubs, lounges and massive events remain closed, while gyms, hotels, cinemas, among others, may be allowed to increase their capacity, with health department approvals.
