Bummer, BJ Baldwin withdraws from Monster Energy Company. No April Fools!

LIVE! NOW>>>

Reports coming in to our offices here in Ensenada, Baja Mexico, are asserting BJ Baldwin has attempted to pull an "April Fools' joke", with his YouTube (Google owned) emission below.

We have bad news for BJ. Our media God Google has pronounced "No April Fools' Jokes for 2021".

If found guilty of this heinous crime, the penalty is interweb flaying. The peeling of one's skin, off of the body, in public at the town square, here in Baja, online. Without anesthesia. With Salsa Picante'.

Flaying - also known colloquially as skinning, is a method of slow and painful execution in which skin is removed from the body. Generally, an attempt is made to keep the removed portion of skin intact, to prove to the masses the price of admission has been paid.

Forthwith - Judge, Jury and Executioner, Gary Newsome, Publisher of Baja Racing News LIVE!

BajaRacingNews.com is now investigating this BJ Baldwin attempt as a possible 'April Fools Google Crime'. Please see our Official Policy Statement at the bottom of this reporting. 7:50 AM

BJ Baldwin Announcement From Monster Energy Promotional Relationship

"Ballistic" BJ Baldwin of Las Vegas Nevada said on March 30, "After over a decade of working together, I made the difficult decision to leave Monster Energy. I love them dearly so this was a tough decision. But we all have to do what we can, to move forward. This is me saying thank you. For believing in me, for supporting me, for all the fun projects, and for all the love you have showed me for over a decade. Beyond measure, I am grateful. Excited about the future. Thank all of you for your support. Exciting news coming soon. Stay tuned."

BJ Baldwin Monster Energy Biography:

"What started out as a keen sense of driving at the controls of his Sega Genesis and hours playing the Ivan “Ironman” Stewart’s “Super Off-Road” video game has since morphed in to the real world action behind the steering wheel of a some 800-horsepower Baldwin Motorsports Trophy Truck and, most recently, the title of “Mr. Mint” for winning the prestigious 2011 SNORE Mint 400.

“Ballistic” BJ Baldwin, Monster Energy’s desert charger, runs it about as fast as you can in the rugged and unforgiving courses laid out by SCORE, Best in the Desert and SNORE – the western U.S.’ hotly contested off-road endurance racing series. In fact, the video game star-turned-off-roader owns a list of credentials – including the 2010 overall BITD title – that has him on a short list of the world’s best desert racers. Racing support classes before reaching the pinnacle – the ultimate open class (Trophy Truck), BJ hit off-roading’s heights in 2003, under the watchful eye of father Bobby Baldwin, and has left a dust trail stretching from California/Nevada all the way down the Baja Mexico peninsula ever since."

BJ has been elected 'King Of Baja' one year and has been elected to the Baja Racing Hall Of Fame, by the Hall Of Fame Membership and by the editorial board of the Baja Racing News LIVE! Online News Service.
