The Rotary Club of Ensenada South, will provide professional guidance to the governments of Baja California and promote legal representation to the victims of your negligence.

You and the international racing teams that you foster will be held responsible for their actions.

Your failure to follow our standards and the norms of international road safety, have cost the people dearly. Our club will promote those costs to the perpetrators who have caused damages from the past and into the future.""
