Ever wonder why COPS Racing and their TV Show has vanished?
First things first. Roger was at fault here. He let a dumbass photographer into the only area of the entire state of baja california-Mexico, that he has TOTAL CONTROL OVER.
Roger DID NOT help himself, when, of-course, he BLAMED THE VICTIM!!!
The photographer ran, after the incident. Immediately after. We have a picture of him, but, have never been asked to turn it over.
But, Roger ALLOWED that person into the Start/Finish area. During the starting of his most important asset, the Baja 1000. Just imagine what else is wrong with what is happening during his events.
It's a NIGHTMARE for TRUE PROFESSIONALS.
We feel for COPS. The driver was following the directions of a SCORE representative. The driver was unaware of the position of the promotional girl.
The MONSTER promotional girl was not some Mexican national, she was an employee of an important race sponsor. So the incident was a workplace environment issue with a non-Mexican, working for MONSTER Beverage in Mexico, under the full control, SUPER-DUPER FULL CONTROL, of Roger Norman and SCORE.
Roger, who for YEARS, under estimates the totality of the risks and workloads of what SHOULD-BE, a world-class desert off-road racing sanction, running in a third world country. With all due respect.
The REAL PROBLEM. Roger NEVER, NEVER, EVER, takes any responsibility. That leads to Joe.
Joe Parsons. Senior Motor Sports Marketing Manager at Monster Beverage Company, these things forced MONSTER, to initiate alot of the changes with SCORE.
After the MONSTER Girl "maiming", he ended the contract, of BJ Baldwin, primarily because Parsons doesn't go to Vegas very much any more. Who does?
It's as personal as that. Joe was slicing and dicing his personal expenses at the beverage company.
Joe originally kept BJ in the barn because of Vegas connections. And, we must say it here, BJ Baldwin is a terrific performer. We think it's a mistake for MONSTER, not keep BJ Baldwin.
And he kept SCam Steele, ensuring that Parsons thinks he has a voice at SCORE.
Lots of $$$ decisions, after the Monster Girl "maiming". Nobody has talked since.
But, at the time, everybody wanted to GET PAID.
Joe, at MONSTER Energy read Roger Norman the 'RIOT ACT'. As BajaRacingNews.com reported at the time, Joe with MONSTER, who has been a buddy of Rogers for some time, told him, "you either pay the medical bills or WE ARE OUT, completely".
So Roger turned to COPS and said, "pay or YOU'RE OUT".
Well,
nobody wanted to pay for the poor girls facial reconstruction, lots of
plastic surgery. Lost time from the job and time in the hospital and her
other financing didn't keep up with expenses.
Bottom line, MONSTER hammered the insurance company because she was an employee of MONSTER. That's why all the MONSTER Girls ARE GONE FROM SCORE EVENTS! Forever.
The insurance company, of course, was not fully informed nor squared away by the contracts entered with SCORE. And Roger DOES NOT, to this day, want to admit the FACTS!
When Langley didn't pay, they were tossed by Roger. Easy decision, right?
EDITORIAL: Wrong. This is a massive CF now, simply because of Rogers shorting the entire process of managing the events, from the beginning of his ownership of SCORE.
Throwing COPS out is a message to all racing teams. YOU ARE EXPENDABLE. If COPS can be tossed, anyone can.

Roger Norman has thrown out COPS Racing from the SCORE series, for good.
No TV network will run COPS, the tv show cancelled and shit canned by the networks.
