An American child was killed when an American 'racer' struck and killed him at a makeshift pit location on the side of a paved, public road.

A serious violation of international law.

The Mexicans here in Ensenada, don't care when an American dies. They want all the money possible when a Mexican is injured or dies as a result of gringo racing incidents, here in Mexico. 

So, the message is, go ahead, kill yourselves, just keep spending your gringo frogskins, here in town.

Families whose loved ones die here in Ensenada will not get any mercy from the locals. The recent death proved again, you will pay through the nose to bring your loved one home.

The estimate for bringing the dead 8 year old home, over fifty-thousand-dollars, US dollars.

The actual police report has been made available to the victims family, the driver of the death truck and Mike Pearlman of norra, the shingle responsible for the death incidents. 

The police have reported to the local press, they conducted tests on the driver. They inspected the death truck.

-The widespread drunkfest this event has turned into- is now under the microscope by the authorities.

This morning, the police chief is calling for a crack-down on the drunk-gringos racing.

-NORRA 500 competitor, reportedly drunk, kills American bystander!

-Injures the dead childs parents, taken to hospital

 

New reporting:

"Minor dies in Norra 500 rally. This morning an 8-year-old boy lost his life on the Ensenada-San Felipe highway, being hit by the Ford Ranger of the American Matthew Legg on the first day of competition of the Norra 500 rally. 

The minor, of American nationality, 'was at a prudent distance' of the asphalt shoulder of the road, at the height of the Ensenada dump, within the first stage of transit, 'without race speed', when the mishap occurred. 

'A possible mechanical failure' in the Ford Ranger with the number 1464, made the pilot lose control of the unit and ended up going off the road, to fully impact the unit that was parked on the road shoulder, also resulting in two people injured by this incident. 

Legg who appears registered in the Unlimited Truck category aboard his Class 7, comes from Boulder, Colorado, his wife Stefanie is his co-driver in sports motorsport events and has experience in such series."

Original report: "A NORRA 500 race vehicle, one report said, "lost its brakes" and hit a civilian Dodge Ram."

 

Reportedly, #1464 Matthew Legg of 'Cowbell Racing' driver of record of death vehicle.

"Mother and Father were transported to the hospital. Minor son lost his life at aprox. NORRA 500 RM 12 in Ojos Negros."

First Report:

"It was *'apparently'* a brake failure which is race car collided with a dodge ram. A minor lost his life during a sports event (NORRA 500 '22). The death of a minor and two injured adults was the balance of a crash recorded this morning during the Norra 500 race. 

The fatal accident was the result of the encounter between a Norra 500 competition vehicle and a pick-up of private use, on the road to Ojos black at the height of kilometer 12, at the entrance to the Ojos Negro trash dump. 

The little victim was lying at the scene, while the adults, a man and a woman, were rushed to a private hospital at Ensenada, BC."
