""It was for revenge of the DEA: AMLO on the arrest of Cienfuegos.

The president of Mexico mentioned that the facts related to the former secretary of SEDENA are invalid.

The journalist Jesús Esquivel , correspondent for Proceso in Washington, recently published a book entitled".

"At your orders, my General" in which he narrates, among other facts, the links of the former Secretary of National Defense, Salvador Cienfuegos, with groups of the drug trafficking in Mexico, specifically the Sinaloa Cartel.  President Andrés Manuel López Obrador mentioned during the National conference on April 10 that the author of the book was a tendentious journalist and that he should not be believed, because he surely did not act independently. A moment later, he compared the content of the book with one of the episodes in the García Luna case, in which the defense lawyer questioned Jesús Zambada if he had financed Obrador's electoral campaign, which, according to the president, is defamation. For Obrador, the Cienfuegos thing was an invention of the United States, and it could be revenge from the DEA. However, the events involving the former Secretary of National Defense do not appear to be a case filed for the neighboring country.  On October 15, 2020, Salvador Cienfuegos was detained at the Los Angeles, California airport , on instructions from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA); An investigation carried out by the New York court, which recently handled the García Luna case and which sentenced Joaquín Guzmán in 2019, had determined that Cienfuegos had ties to organized crime and had directly collaborated in drug trafficking to United States providing security to the Sinaloa cartel. One month after the arrest, on November 17, 2020, the United States Department of Justice dropped all charges against Cienfuegos , arguing that the Attorney General's Office (FGR) would take over the case; on January 14, 2021, the FGR exonerated Cienfuegos for not finding elements to prove his involvement with criminal groups; One day later, on January 15, 2021, President Andrés Manuel orders the declassification of the Cienfuegos documents.  Sources argue that elements of the Mexican army pressured Obrador to bring back the former Secretary of SEDENA; in compensation, Mexico would hand over a drug trafficking leader. These statements were denied by Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard. For its part, The Washington Post published during those days that Mexico had forced the United States to release Cienfuegos, otherwise, bilateral relations in the field of security would be broken and they would not allow elements of the DEA and the FBI will conduct investigations in Mexico. However, the case remains open.""

BAJA NORTE TURNS COMMUNIST! CONFISCATIONS NOW WIDESPREAD - BEWARE ALL INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL TO BAJA CALIFORNIA!!! BEWARE

Mexican insurance brokers are losing their minds, ""This is (Insurance company rep name) from (Company name) here. We've been closely following the situation regarding RVs and possibly other vehicles being confiscated (or given a warning) which are in vehicle storage facilities. Our understanding is that certain states in Mexico have been given discretion and budget to form their own customs enforcement departments in order to help the federal government enforce customs laws. Those states include both Baja California and Baja California Sur. What we also understand is that the enforcement actions in Baja Sur have not been by federal customs officials, but by the state customs officials. We have had some preliminary talks with high level officials in the state of [BAJA NORTE] Baja California (north) and in the Federal SAT/Aduanas (customs) who say that there is no justification in federal law for the actions by BCS state officials. We're currently investigating what the state is claiming is their justification for their actions and what, if any, criteria they have for when a TIP (temporary importation permit) might be necessary. What seems pretty apparent from our conversations thus far is that the state of BCS is overstepping its bounds in interpreting federal customs law, although it may take a lawsuit (juicio de amparo) by affected parties to fight it. Based on our long standing knowledge around the temporary importation permit and validated again by recent conversations with federal customs officials, our stance at [Company name] is that a TIP is absolutely not required anywhere in the peninsula of Baja which includes BC and BCS. Our understanding is that this includes all vehicles including RVs, but we are confirming this as well. I would love to hear from people who have actually had vehicles confiscated or given a warning. It's our understanding that this is only occurring in vehicle storage facilities, so I would like to hear if its happening elsewhere? Please share your situations here, or send us DM so we can compile cases as we talk to pertinent officials. Also an important tip we heard is to make sure people storing vehicles get proper receipts or invoices (facturas) from the storage business ... it sounds like some of the enforcement actions may be more directed towards the facility owners and their customers get caught in it by virtue of being stored there. Lastly, and this goes without saying, your vehicle must be registered in the US properly and have current tags/plates... super important. If they're expired there is way less recourse, and also way harder to insure BTW.""

[Another Mexican insurance broker, unnamed, who has a very fraudulent activity record] said: ""Update for Temporary Importation Permits (TIPs) in Baja  RV motorhome baja TIP  The states of Baja California & Baja California Sur are still free zones and do not require a temporary importation permit (TIP) for a vehicle as long as you have your FMM and are driving down and coming back with your vehicle (even if it’s an RV).  Mexico customs wants to verify that all vehicles are legal in the country. Here are the current TIP rules for vehicles and RVs being stored in Baja California:  -If you plan to leave a motorhome, RV, or 5th wheel in storage in Baja, a TIP is now required. You can obtain a 10-year TIP and will be legal in storage as long as you have current registration and license plates (even if the owner is out of the country). You should leave the current registration with the storage manager/owner so they can act on your behalf if needed.  -Golf carts being brought into Baja need to have a TIP. This must be done through a customs broker.  -Cars and motorcycles being left in storage in Baja do NOT need a TIP as long as registration and license plates are current.  -If you have a home in México and leave your vehicles there, you do not need a TIP as long as the vehicle is not on the street and always has current license plates and registration.  -If you already have a “precautionary seize” or warning, you have 10 working days to show proof that the vehicle has a TIP. If not, you can designate the storage owner or other person to obtain the TIP on your behalf. The owner/manager of the storage can get their TIPs issued directly at the customs agency since they are the legal representative. They can start the process with copies of documents, but once their permit is going to be issued, they do need original documents. If you have your vehicle in precautionary seize, you can not do your TIP online since there is already a case open on your vehicle.  -If you leave your vehicle at a marina or airport and travel within Mexican territory by boat or plane, you do NOT need to get a TIP (as long as the vehicle has current registration and license plates).  -Each person may only have one TIP issued in the same category. So you can have a TIP for your RV and another TIP for your car, but may not have two TIPs for two cars.  TIPs can be obtained at the border or in Pichilingue in La Paz.""

""Baja California state – Reconsider Travel due to crime and kidnapping.

Transnational criminal organizations compete in the border area to establish narco-trafficking and human smuggling routes. Violent crime and gang activity are common. Travelers should remain on main highways and avoid remote locations. Of particular concern is the high number of homicides in the non-tourist areas of Tijuana. Most homicides appeared to be targeted; however, criminal organization assassinations and territorial disputes can result in bystanders being injured or killed.

U.S. citizens and LPRs have been victims of kidnapping.

U.S. government employees must adhere to the noted restrictions:

Mexicali Valley: U.S. government employees should avoid the Mexicali Valley due to the heightened possibility of violence between rival cartel factions. The agent immediately went to the Barcelona police station, which is the closest, where he requested support since a firearm had been detonated from a recent model white van, for which his colleagues arrived at the scene, who along with the municipal and soldiers arrived at the site of the attack.  Through a surveillance video that was recovered in the area, it was possible to see how the occupants of a truck ran into him on a narrow street and premeditated hit him on his right side, then the co-driver fired shots that hit the official pick up. then both vehicles take different courses.  At the close, there was no detail about what the "agent" was doing only at night and only in that community, nor to which area of the corporation it corresponded.

City employees dispatch murderers

February 19, 2023 -  In a quick reaction by the municipal public security forces of San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora, Mexico, after the attack in which FGE agent Silvio Domínguez was killed, his colleagues undertook an intense operation until they located the alleged hitmen in a house in the colonia Aviación, which received them with bullets and when repelling the attack they killed 3 armed suspects.

The key was a video taken by an anonymous citizen, who identified the white Toyota Tacoma pickup, in which the cowardly attack against the police officer who was in a red pickup on 22nd and Obregón streets is seen. The elements of the Municipal Public Security Directorate were given the task of tracking said vehicle. Upon finding him, a chase began that ended in the back of a house in the Aviación neighborhood.  The three outlaws who carried assault rifles, armored vests and one of them with a ballistic helmet, confronted the agents who, by outnumbering them and outgunning them, managed to kill them. Two were left aboard the same Tacoma, the third was next to a fence from where he was shooting.  Faced with the possibility of reprisals, the police headquarters on Guerrero Avenue and 34th Street were shielded by municipal, state and military elements.

COWARDLY EXECUTION OF CITY AGENT IN MEXICALI VALLEY

February 18, 2023 -  A citizen who was taking a video of what appeared to be a collision with a fixed object, of a red pick-up on Obregón avenue and 22nd street, involuntarily recorded the moments in which subjects from a white pick-up shoot the driver to finish him off, and minutes before they had already blasted it. There, the policeman Silvio Domínguez Villapudúa was seriously injured, he was transferred to a hospital where he died.  The attack occurred this Saturday morning The vehicle in which the municipal element was traveling when receiving the first attack lost control of its recently model red Toyota Tacoma pick-up and crashed into a traffic light pole in front of the pharmacy Guadalajara.  Elements of the three orders of government carried out intense operations to try to find those responsible, but they were unsuccessful.  Faced with the attack and death of an element of the San Luis Río Colorado Municipal Public Security Directorate, Mayor Santos González Yescas condemned the events and asked the State Prosecutor's Office to fully clarify the case.

"This attack is not against a police officer, it is against the entire corporation and goes beyond, it is against society itself, we deeply regret this fact that leaves a family devastated by pain, it goes to all of them my unrestricted support", commented the mayor.

"Authorities in Tijuana (located directly on the border with the United States in the state of Baja California) continue looking into a gruesome crime scene where cartel gunmen left six dead bodies stashed in a van. Information provided to Breitbart Texas by law enforcement sources revealed that authorities were among the victims.  The murders took place this week at a shopping center in Tijuana shortly after noon.

[Editors Note: the timing of the events at the club, the murders and the dumping of the bodies, is still being investigated]
