All these activities were race related. Therefore the organization and its owners and management has been found culpable and worthy of indictment.

First reports were that the driver "lost the brakes", other reports listed "driver heart attack". All lies.

Authorities arrested the driver Mathew Legg, found through testing, he had residual alcohol in his system and found him guilty of the accident.

He was a registered event participant and the people he struck, were also part of the event.

The victims, were his "support/chase team".

He paid a fine, spent time in jail and was released. This report came from the police department of Ensenada.

In most situations that involve alcohol in Mexico, ones Mexican auto insurance voids upon proof of alcohol use, abuse or even empty cans in the sealed trunk of a car or the outside bed of a truck.
