*Luckily, for The Fraud Roger Norman, Southern Baja Does It's Job! Now, it's up to SCORE to fulfill its financial obligations to the people of Baja California Sur!
The security measures promised by Roger Norman, did not appear at the 500 and HAVE NOT shown up for the planned Baja 1000 in November.
Reported at the last SCORE event: "SCORE put out a statement (Before the Baja 500 in May) expressing condolences to the shooting victims' families and saying, “There will be increased security measures... Municipal Authorities, National Guard, and the Mexican Army and Navy along several sections of the race route."
The U.S. State Department has posted an alert online urging Americans to "reconsider travel" to Baja due to crime and kidnappings. The post said travelers should remain on main highways and avoid remote areas."
