"Southern BAJA TO RUN ITS OWN THOUSAND-MILE OFF-ROAD RACE; IN 2024"
STATE OF Baja California Sur Governor Víctor Manuel Castro Cosío, gave the starting signal to the '23 Baja 1000 international race, an off-road competition that in its 56th edition haD La Paz as its starting point and finish line in Ensenada, Baja NORTE, in which 338 teams from 28 countries participateD, with 36 from SOUTHERN BAJA (BCS) standing out.
Castro Cosío explained that the BAJA MIL race, IS considered one of the most important ON THE GLOBE, has given the entire state OF BCS a strong economic boost, through the use of IT'S WORLD CLASS services such as hotels, restaurants, commerce, fuel and others.
THE STATE OPERATED THE EVENT AS “The most important thing is the safety of the people, that they enjoy the competition that brings together thousands of Southern Californians year after year”, he said.
