score racer kills cop, seriously injures another
score racer 16-year-old Edgar Giovanny Oviedo, reportedly, after criminal chase on public streets, crashes into cop car in san diego, kills one cop, second cop fighting for his life! one cop had no seat belt on and crashed - flew through the cop car windshield onto the street. reportedly, the score racer was "nascar san diego street racing", after hearing reports of new racing event announced for southern california. Oviedo Family members say the Clairemont High School sophomore was on his way to pick up food when the police chase started. reportedly, The driver failed to yield, and the officers started a chase. The pursuit was called off shortly after it had started, but the suspect car collided with the side of the patrol vehicle. Several other civilian vehicles were also involved in the incident.
