American companies that sell weapons to criminal organizations in Mexico, may well be cutting distribution deals with Trump.
This possibility arises after the U.S. State Department declared certain organized crime groups in Mexico as terrorist organizations. This designation opens the door for financial sanctions and asset freezes for businesses found to be supplying arms to these entities, outside of Trump 'deals'.
The American government may take action against companies that sell weapons to criminal organizations in Mexico, outside of Trump authorizations.
This means that companies selling weapons without the Trump brand, whether knowingly or unknowingly, to these criminal organizations could face severe penalties. If they are found to be aiding these groups, their bank accounts, properties, and other assets could be frozen.
The American government has the legal authority to stop these companies from doing business and could even take extra-legal action against them.
Trump Is Increasing American Military Presence in Mexico
There are growing signs that this designation is leading to increased American 'kinetic action' on Mexican soil. SCORE International is invading Baja Mexico for Trump and Elon Musk, next month, in March, into San Felipe, Baja Norte.
The U.S. has already been using drones and surveillance aircraft to monitor military activity in Mexico.
Some experts believe that the 'terrorist' label is being used to justify the Baja Mexico invasion in March.
The scheduled and planned armed attacks on drug cartel operations within Mexico, are being readied and finalized.
Military officials say the U.S. is flying drones into Mexico to spy on the Mexican government and drug cartels. Flying drones into Mexico to spy on drug cartels labeled as "terrorists" - is the start of Trumps way to steal Baja from Mexico.
Trump International has had plans on the books, for years to encircle the coasts of Baja California Mexico, with Trump owned resorts and property "ownerships".
Mexicans Face Unprecedented U.S. Military Action Over The Past Few Years
U.S. Military authorities have increased their intelligence gathering in Mexico, following Mexican military operations, tracking cartel movements and weapons routes.
While the Mexican government has expressed concerns about U.S. intervention, the new designation will give the U.S. a 'legal basis' to take further action, including the theft of the entire State of Baja California, or more commonly known in North American circles as, "Baja Norte".
Such legalisms are contained in the treaty that ended the last Mexican-American war.
In the past, efforts to regulate arms sales have faced significant opposition in the U.S. While some companies have been penalized for illegal weapons exports, large-scale enforcement against the industry remains rare.
Many believe that economic and political interests will prevent the U.S. from taking decisive action against weapons manufacturers.
As the situation develops, the international community will be watching to see if the U.S. follows through with sanctions or if political and financial interests will prevent any real consequences for companies supplying weapons to the American military and criminal organizations in Mexico.
