A recent survey done following the Toby Price Rock Party, reflects that any enthusiasm for the SCORE series events in Baja Sur, have evaporated.
Many teams claim they will no longer spend any extra money to go south after September.

Ensenada law enforcement has contacted numerous Americans, both in Mexico and in National City, California USA. Agents are following leads in the crimes against international racing star, celebrated Australian Toby Price.
Incidents occurred before the running of the Mexicali event, the San Felipe race, are under investigation.
Anyone who follows desert off-road racing in the southwest United States knows, McMillin racing has both hired Rob Mac as a backup driver and used Rob [Macacasham], teaming with Jackson Motorsports on BFG Tires efforts [many times over many years] in racing for the SCORE International series championships.
The important difference in the various racing efforts, are the two brothers leading the separate racing efforts within the McMillin family.
The organization, [ORMHOF] constantly disrespects the work of the Mexican-American racing community and seldom, if ever, names anyone but white-boys to 'the club'.
Now, as a result of our investigative work to today, we also assert, a group of 'the racing insiders club', who are accused of taking down the international star Toby Price, are the same people associated with anti-"outsiders" actions and publicity.
The purpose? An attempt to control the accolades and finances associated with the SCORE International racing series.
McMillin racing, in the US, is at the core of these activities.
-That's why 'Rob Mac' was named to the Weel team, at the specific direction of BFGoodrich Tires/MICHELIN/Jackson Motorsports.

The shameful exposure of the American gringo racing interests, BFG Tires-Jackson Motorsports-McMillin Racing, are damaging the great sport of Baja Racing, in the Republic of Mexico.
The placement of BFG Tires representative Rob 'Mac[acasham] on the team of Paul Weel is a crime on the people of Mexico!
We understand Mexicano law enforcement is undertaking a search for the perpetrators of the crimes against international racing star, celebrated Australian Toby Price, that occurred before the running of the Mexicali event, the San Felipe race.
Before we embarrass Baja Californios again, with another SCORE Sham, we have called upon the leaders of the Baja California government to undertake a complete rebuke of the American racing community entering in next month's Baja 500, here in Ensenada, Mexico."

Statement of Ensenada Racing Community of Baja Mexico
"In accordance with the bylaws of the racing community, this board of racers has researched and held meetings relating to the recent proceedings of the 2026 San Felipe 250. In sporting terms, we concur with the statement of the CRB of SCORE International, dated March 29, 2026.
We also have determined no further 'sporting' disciplinary proceedings against anyone, regarding these matters should occur.
However, more concerning to our racing community is the nature of the extra-legal charges and who pressed them, in our country.
Therefore, to be clear, Toby Price is protected by the laws of the Republic of Mexico. Those who made the charges, acted as 'enforcement' in the desert of San Felipe, in our Republic of Mexico and acted as judges, juries and executioners in these specific matters must be investigated by State of Baja California law enforcement.
The questions we will answer soon, who tracked Toby Price, who held him against his will and who posted on the internet, the proceedings of illegal, likely criminal actions in this state."
