"La Paz, B.C.S. - From one defeat to another went the association of corrupt politicians called the Los Cabos Group, which is headed by brothers Narciso and Antonio Agúndez Montaño, in addition to Luis Armando Díaz and César Uzcanga Amador, as they were notified of the final and definitive verdict that they have no claim to the ejido property called La Ballena, where they have taken millions of pesos from the sale of land to the unwary in what is also known as the large land invasion of an ejido in all of Mexico.
Last Friday the resolution of the injunction 135/2014 was decided, in which these shameless people lost. They had tried to cynically legalize, at all costs, land belonging to others which they acquired with a purchase contract made at the notary Karim Francisco Martínez Lizárraga in 2007.
With the documentation in hand, they proceeded to take over the ejido land, and their purchase contract was recorded in the Los Cabos Public Registry of Property and Business, run by Guillermo Marrón Rosas, who then issued subdivision papers and property lot numbers through David Green Moreno, all under the protective mantle of the Los Cabos Group.
All this happened while they also collected monthly payments for the lots sold of between 2,000 and 4,000 pesos (US$160 to US$320), which rapidly transformed the principals of the Los Cabos Group into magnates. However, they did not expect that with the change in the government, all the complaints against them would resume their course, which brought about the jailing in September 2011 of the buddy of Narciso Agúndez Montaño, César Uzcanga Amador.
Last Friday the final resolution was issued, and it reaffirmed that Ejido San José del Cabo is the sole owner of the lands invaded, in addition to guaranteeing the expansion of the International Airport."
