Steve Myers IRC Fired From Baja South Contract with Championship Series!

La Paz, BCS, Mexico- It's Official, Steve Myers International Racing Consultants, contract with the Baja South Off-Road Racing Championship Association has been dropped, permanently!

After much fanfare, touted as a threat to Roger Normans SCORE, the Baja South Off-Road Racing Championship Association contract with Steve Myers International Racing Consultants for the 2015 Championship Season is officially down the crapper.

The President of the Association told BajaRacingNews.com last night during contingency here in La Paz, for the Dos Mares 500. The presidents of the two biggest races in Baja South Mexico, the Dos Mares 500 and the Coyote 300 stopped working with IRC when it became clear, the Best In The Desert MINT 400 Racing Association, failure was too big to overcome.

The two racing clubs announced weeks ago they were talking to the state association about cancelling the contract. However, after the race disaster at the MINT 400 2015 just weeks ago, they dropped the new contract officially last night during contingency.

In a big meeting last night, not only did the racing association cancel the contract, they told BajaRacingNews.com they have requested refunds for all the racers, in light of the fraud perpetrated by International Racing Consultants in Mexico. In La Paz, this means until the refunds are fully paid, Steve Myers and his company IRC are considered criminally negligent, under Mexico and local laws.
