The California CHP report documented how the driver knew the race instructions from the sanctioning body, 'MDR', but still drove recklessly into the crowd, KILLING 8 PEOPLE!
Even today, the desert racing crackheads the drc, still feel this way about the Slaughter of innocent life that night!
