INVESTIGATION COMPLETED!

Dave Cole found guilty of negligence! Here in Mexico, you have to prove you're innocent and so far, no evidence is available to establish that the "hammer" or "king of hammers" or "Ultra4 racing", named organization, acted competently in creating and executing its event in San Felipe.

The racer, named Levi Shirley of Dodge City, Kansas, has also been found guilty.

The State of Baja California charges, based here in the state capital are being forwarded to the state attorney general.

At this time, Radio Patrol is reporting the passenger of the truck died at the scene and the driver, died Monday overnight, in hospital.

We want to thank Radio Patrol in Mexicali for its reporting from Mexicali and Pardini Race Media for the video enclosed in this reporting. Our collaborator in Baja South has captured the moments after the incident. We are investigating and interviewing at this moment. Doesn't look good for the racer or Dave Cole. No crossing workers and the victims were killed instantly, OFF OF THE RACE COURSE!

CONFIRMED! Radio Patrol is now reporting the Ford pick-up of the race spectator, WAS STATIONARY WHEN STRUCK BY THE RACER LEVI SHIRLEY AND CONFIRMED NOT ON THE RACE COURSE

As is demonstrated in the following video, the racer removed his vehicle from the actual point of contact, to reveal the evidence of no initial contact on the course.

In Radio Patrol's and the San Felipe Police Department evidence, no supporting information is on the racers side.

In all the photos, the video and the close inspection of the police officers and on Monday morning, by the Civil Protection Directorate, the racer is guilty of coming off the course and striking the spectator vehicle causing the deaths.

Because the race director and promoter, Dave Cole, was responsible for the handling of the entire course, he is guilty of negligence in the eyes of the law, here in Mexico.

The contact between the speeding racer and the stationary spectator vehicle, was OFF OF THE RACE COURSE.

At this time, RadioPatrol is reporting the passenger of the truck died at the scene and the driver is in a grave medical condition, in hospital.

RadioPatrol, Baja Racing News reporter in Mexicali points out, "Dave Cole is responsible for race course management and oversight."

May 15, 2021 Mexicali BC Mexico- Original reporting-

At least one person was killed here in San Felipe, Baja Mexico Saturday afternoon, when the collision between a racing truck driving on the "race course", went head-on into a spectator vehicle, resulting in death.

The spectator truck, reportedly, was driving on the race course, in the opposite direction of the flow of the racing event and in the way of the racer who collided, directly into each other.

The death, of a spectator at a desert off-road race in Baja Mexico, is such a regular occurance, this reporting agency calls these, DEATH RACES.

This San Felipe Race Course Death is under Investigation by local San Felipe police and the State Of Baja California Officials, Civil Protection Directorate.

Baja Racing News LIVE! Reporting From Mexicali.

The race course on May 15, 2021, was directed and designed by Dave Cole. Members of his hammers organization participated in the design and approval of the race course.

Grabasstic is the only way to describe the planning and execution of this desert off-road 'race event'. The racing resulted in the death of at least one spectator and the investigation of one of the racers in the event, late Saturday night, in this small palapa town on the coast of the Sea of Cortez, in Northern Baja Mexico.

Also under investigation is the racing sanction, owned by Cole. Called "Ultra4", the United States BLM (Bureau of Land Management) has taken truckloads of cash to be able to operate its "hammers" event in the state of California, in the USA.

Accusations of criminal payoffs to the BLM have been loud and sustained from the press in the USA, pointing at permit violations and non-existent law enforcement at the desert races, held by Dave Cole's company and the lax public oversight from the 'bureau of land mis-management' out of Barstow, California.

This BLM, was the same set of clowns who authorized the Sanctioned Slaughter of race fanatics at the INFAMOUS California 200/August 2010, which KILLED EIGHT.

Also under investigation is the driver of the number 81, racing class 4400 desert crawler, Levi Shirley of Dodge City, Kansas. Shirley is a well known racing commodity, being named the racing sanctions sportsman of the year in 2011 and 2014.
