Official Indictment, a formal written statement outlined by the
investigative report and conclusions found by the local Ensenada Grand
Jury, will be charging a number of people with these criminal offenses.
The Editorial Board of the Baja Racing News Online Newspaper received the investigative report from Publisher Gary Newsome over a month ago. After further review and additional investigative work, the indictment determined crimes have been committed against the people of Baja California, the Baja California state healthcare system and various injured racing customers of SCORE International.
