THE LIMITED-EDITION BRONCO DR Competition-ready and designed for the hardest-core off-road enthusiasts, the Bronco brand elevates its desert racing capability to a new level. Introducing the all-new Bronco DR – a limited-production desert racing SUV.

NOW COMPETITION-LEVEL. Building upon current Bronco two- and four-door models, the 2023 Bronco DR is made possible with the race-proven design and engineering experience of Ford Performance. In collaboration with the craftsmanship, motorsport innovation and suspension technology of Multimatic.

BORN OF LEGEND The SCORE Baja 1000 celebrates a 50+ year legacy as one of the most grueling off-road motorsports events on the planet. And in all those decades, only one 4x4 has won it outright – the Ford Bronco. The distinctive Bronco DR red and black livery continues a desert racing legacy that dates back to [Bill Stroppe Motorsports] Rod Hall and Larry Minor’s [OK, Listen, we know why the co-drivers name is being foisted to the front here, it's an attempted re-work of racing history; but we (BajaRacingNews.com) ARE NOT going to let this happen in this forum; as much as we want things to go well for this project, lying about racing history is an afront to the ACTUAL people who were TRULY responsible for the heroic racing events, at that time] Larry Minor’s and rod hall's never-repeated overall 1969 Baja 1000 [Mexican 1000] win, achieved in a stock Bronco.

[rod hall was a 150 pound sand bag. Larry was quoted at the time of the event in 1969, "rod's useless out on the course". Sorry, not sorry, we are GOING THERE!]

[BajaRacingNews.com is aware of who's most responsible for this constant lying behavior. -Frank DeAngelo formerly of Jackson Motorsports now he diddles himself back east.- Keep coming back to this link, we'll write a WHOLE STORY, outing the liar, very soon. FORD Peformance is a willing participant, but, they didn't start this LIE.]

A RARE BREED Targeted to be the most powerful production Bronco ever, one thing is certain. It isn’t built for everyone. As a limited-production vehicle, it is destined to become an instant off-road icon. The first 50 units of the 2023 Bronco DR are scheduled to be released in fall 2022. Or should we say… unleashed? [At $200,000++]

READY FOR ITS RACING DEBUT With a premiere appearance planned for the 2022 Baja 1000, the Bronco DR will hit the sand powered by a Ford Coyote 5.0-liter V8 engine.  Other competition-focused features include Multimatic Positional Selective DSSV™ Dampers, a Multimatic safety cage, 37-inch Mud-Terrain all-season tires and beadlock wheels.  An approach angle of 47 degrees, a departure angle of 37 degrees, and a breakover angle of 33 degrees all make it clear that the Bronco DR is a machine that’s purpose-built for racing. To meet desert racing requirements and provide weight savings, the air conditioning system, interior amenities, and all glass have been removed.

BECOME A PART OF BRONCO HISTORY Limited to 50 vehicles, the Bronco DR is hand-built by Multimatic of Canada."

Do they have deserts in Canada?

Watch Glickenhouse get his dickenhouse stepped on, taking on the NEW! Bronco DR!
