This incident occurred, the past weekend on an open, public road, in Ensenada, Baja Norte, Mexico, during the Score International Baja 400.

A desert, off-road race, that illegally uses internationally recognized, open to the public during the racing events, roads. Even at the time of the racing, used by the public, thorofares.

Deep human suffering, road deaths, numerous serious physical injuries, widespread public and private property damages with clearly inadequate penalties happen at every Score race event in Mexico.

Score International/Promote Mexico, a private corporation, owned by one Roger Norman, a stupidly wealthy - gringo american.

He personally participated in the deaths of internationally recognized racing athletes, KTM Motorcycles Kurt Caselli in 2013 and Florida businessman, Mark Luhtala in 2016.

Score doesn't require it's participants, to prove they're not drunk or not on drugs, during their activities.

The gringo owned race events are constantly charged with mis-management. Safety elements of the sanction don't exist. Independent race marshals don't exist. Medical services in the race sanction are either thin, or don't exist.
