AMERICA'S GOOD FRIEND, AUSSIE TOBY PRICE-
ON THE VERGE OF BAJA GLORY!

Toby Price pictured taking first place in the Baja 400 qualifications competition on Thursday, allowing the Weel/Price rig to start first on Saturday morning in the BAJA Racing Trucks class.

The finishing grid for Saturday's desert off-road race, place in the Baja 1000 starting grid in the November classic. This years peninsula long marathon, the 'Baja-Mil', will start from the capital of off-road racing, La Paz Southern BAJA Mexico, for the first time in the events storied history.

###

Stay tuned here on Baja Racing News for the Exclusive Summer Series Finale, Sponsored by the Southern Baja Intercambio.

The Baja Crew spent the early Summer on the southern most extreme of the upcoming race course. During down time, they discovered why this is the capital of off-road racing, they discovered the amazing people of Southern BAJA.

###

The interview with Toby Price, by reporters for Baja Racing News started some years ago in Las Vegas Nevada, during contingency for a Best In The Desert Series race.

The retired reporter first asked Toby some standard event questions, no big deal. He then asked about his recent Dakar event experience. Toby celebrated victory at the 2019 rally.

He asked Toby whether he took an interest in the famous Spanish rally moto racer, Laia Sanz.

Considering at the end of the event, Sanz had shaved off Toby's infamous mullet! In front of all the racers and live, online around the world, Toby allowed Laia to shave off his lions mane of hair.

Toby, allowed, Laia to shave his hair. A silly wager was made at the start of the rally, which plainly was designed to get Toby 'closer' to Laia. It was easy to see, even from thousands of miles away!

When asked about the wager, the act of shaving and the results, Toby explained he had propositioned Laia, in a family friendly way.

Toby explained further, "I asked Laia if she was interested in making some 'fast babies'". Everyone in the interview smiled. Toby continued, "she didn't say no!".

During Ensenada contingency on Friday, Toby was asked if he was planning on winning the Baja 400 on Saturday, Toby replied, "oh yes!"

Qualifying BAJA Racing Trucks Class

7AM Our New race coverage team  gained access to the private ranch, via a back road and circumvented 'score security'. Think the Flintstones...

SCORE ATTEMPTS TO BAN BAJARACINGNEWS FROM JOSE G. RANCH!

BAJA Racing Trucks qualified, one by one, an event in which figures will be present such as Rob MacCachren, Ricky Johnson, Alan Ampudia, Tavo Vildósola, Bryce Menzies and Luke McMillin.

Did we forget to mention Robby Gordon?

Gordon was at the sand show in SoCal taking care of his personal business.

Gordon hasn't been racing, real racing, in Baja lately. He's been playing footsy with the drunk race sanction owned by drunk, michael pearlman.

Reportedly, he's now a 'partner' with pearlman. You know what that means. Robby gave mike a shitload of money to have his logos placed on the event. The drunk operation pearlman runs has killed many and until a full stop is placed on the drunk driving, more people will die.

Just saying'!
