MEXICALI , CAPITAL OF BAJA CALIFORNIA, MEXICO—
UPDATED! Friday, May 23
Reported Monday, May 19, 2025
State Health Department Director Lucia Alejandra Perez Mejia announced today, from the state capital, SCORE International is barred from conducting any medical operations of any kind, in the state of Baja California.
So far, Roger Norman, owner of the company has been staying away from Mexico and the company president, based in Ensenada has been without public comment, after this public condemnation.
Charges of medical care fraud go way back against the American owned racing private business.
Some of the first allegations against SCORE International, a corporate entiny first based in California, now hidden as a Nevada private company named 'Promote Mexico', owned by Roger Norman.
Norman's racing media entity, offices and racing shop are based in the hole-in-the-wall, country bumpkin' of El Cajon, California.
During Rogers American media crisis, like after American racers die racing his named, 'World Series', in Baja Mexico, often stake out Norman at the shop in east San Diego county, trying to get 'ambush' interviews of the super billionaire friend of American President Donald 'Felon' Trump.
After Roger Norman bought SCORE from Sal Fish, the money spent on helicapoters, medical responses and racers support got sucked into Rogers billfolds!
Things like 'Rescue Chopper Timeshare' became fodder for discussion. The collapse of any medical care network became apparent when medical care providers no-longer supported Roger Norman. Many, at the time, went public on the disgusting events of Roger cancelling medical rescue choppers, changing the medical care protocols set-up by Sal Fish and most importantly, Roger began ignoring class associations and racer-based organizations who were built on race reviews.
During this time, the widespread use of media based imagery took over the race course in Baja Mexico.
No secrets went unexposed after a certain point in time.
When Sal Fish owned SCORE Intl, the www hadn't exploded.
Few knew how badly things were managed when Hal Andreoli was named, 'Medical Director' of SCORE, after a reputable company, based in Los Angeles, pulled the plug on sponsoring Fish's racing medical operations.
