A representative for the American Medical Emergency Xpedition reported to the San Diego County Emergency Medical Care Committee on January 24, the Magda Angel maiming.
The AMEX rep, a former member of the San Diego County committee (EMCC), works as advisors to the San Diego County Board of Supervisors. The Mission of the Emergency Medical Care Committee is to be an advocate for the community through the development of strategies for continuous improvement of the emergency medical services system.
AMEX has worked tirelessly on border and cross-border emergency medical issues for over fifteen years.
The Magda Angel maiming is yet another example of the systemic collapse of safety and security at the SCORE baja races.

MOST RECENT CONDITION UPDATE:
"Magda underwent surgery on her ankle that was broken during the accident. Procedure went great! Magda will need to be off of that foot for at least 6 weeks. She also had her first major surgery to repair broken bones in her face. Doctor's have assured us that her surgery went as well as could be expected. We are being told that her recovery will take up to a year. She will need at least one more surgery to repair the remaining broken bones in her face."

The immediate response to the 'news stories', was to send out a shill. [A shill, also called a plant or a stooge, is a person who publicly helps or gives credibility to a person or organization without disclosing that they have a close relationship with the person or organization.]
Who was the shill and what he said. NEXT>>> We'll get the spelling correct at some point. But, Matt Kookoski, can't make this up, said some stupid stuff. Roger can't get it right, so, he sent out a 'racer' to attempt to explain what is happening to the electronic media, local TV.

The incident happened within a SCORE event 'closed area'. Actually, way before the start finish line. No where near the race course.
In particular, before the open race-course. Because of the constant death-incidents in these events, the actual OPEN SPEED, race course, doesn't begin FOR MILES after the start line. The incident took place in front of the ramp in the closed line-up staging area.#
*SCORE BLAMES VICTIM!
SCORE CLAIMS MAGDA, "Recklessly crossed the race course". In fact, the start-finish area, where Magda was 'run-over', IS NOT part of the race course.
SCORE reported this information to the local investigating authorities just after the incident. On the official police report, SCORE says Magda was reckless and is solely responsible for her injuries!
The victim is in a San Diego hospital. Morgan Langley was the driver. Langley of Langley Productions in San Diego County. Roger Norman owns SCORE, the operational shop and home he resides, is in San Diego.#
Why aren't the two people most responsible, caring for this victim?

The weather for this years Baja 1000 couldn't have been better. High pressure kept skies clear, blue and warm. The helicopters in downtown Ensenada were so numerous, it appeared as though they were a cloud of mosquitos.
The frenzied morning of the race ramped into chaos, once the green flag dropped for the monsters of the midway, the trophy trucks.
The class 1 race cars started off the line. When the unlimited desert buggies were driving off the line, another glaring example of Roger Normans negligence was displayed.
Now, lets get this right, OK? This is Rogers sick circus. The Death Races!
Here's how the people who are responsible for this shit show put it, BFGoodrich Tires Report: "One of the "Umbrella girls", was between the wheels of the 150 getting her picture taken, stepped out from there, the camera guy wanted a few more shots so he stopped her. about that time the green rag was dropped, the 150 hit the skinny pedal and the rear spit her out like a rag doll. The Monster Girl was bleeding out her ears when they got to her. As of Saturday, about noon she was still in ICU."
She was run over by BFGoodrich Tires.

There are no guidelines to those who operate in the start/finish area of these race events. Often, people with NO CREDENTIALS are wandering through, what should be, a highly regulated patch of Baja Mexico.
The start finish line of the Baja races, in front of the old historic casino, should be secure, right?
This is now, a volatile work place environment/industrial incident/accident. Not a sporting incident. The MONSTER Girl is an employee and the area where it occurred, under normal conditions, would NOT be open to the public.
Only customers of Roger Norman, the racers. SCORE employees or in this case, an employee of a major sponsor, MONSTER Energy are to be allowed in the area?
There is no guidance provided by the race sanction, SCORE-International, owned by one Roger Norman, that directs the conduct of the start/finish line of his events, in Mexico. That's how a Monster Energy employee was run over by a Class 1 racer, during the starting process of this years Baja 1000.
Cole Potts described how the situation developed this way, "She was following a photographer's direction to "step back" and right as she was doing this the starter waived (directed) the Class 1 race vehicle to move forward".
She was then struck.
As soon as someone realized she was down and unconscious, they started directing racers to the left, past the victim. On the ground, face first and out.
They didn't even stop the traffic, at first.
Then someone realized the gravity of the matter, maybe even figured out they would have to bring in medical personnel and equipment, to save the young womans life. Then they stopped the flow of starting Class 1 race cars.
If it were not for the absolutely desperate state and local governments, these events would be outlawed. They are outlawed around the world. Cash, cash is paid to ignore the illegal and deadly race activities.
We've already proven these race events actually cost more money, than are actually brought in by visitors. The state and local governments operate these events in fiscal deficits.
Why allow them? Because the local and state officials get paid off.
The new Mexican President has already called out the leader of the state as beyond corrupt.
And the people of Baja California are decent, sport loving, humble and beyond forgiving.
No Safety Responsibility, No Sanction Oversight
It must be stated at this point, there are no race marshals in this Death Race. There are no safety officials at any of these mierda circuses!
You can't make this shit up, its a Roger Norman SCORE event. Contingency was the previous day, thats the biggest CF in motorsport. This is the Baja 1000, its a SlaughterHouse. Blood, gore and young lives, lost.

Medical reports say the victim's head was run over by the racer tire. The same report says she is in an induced coma. Her face and eye was very badly injured.
At the start line of the 2018 Baja 1000, a Monster promotional representative, "Monster Girl", was 'run over' by a competitive racer during the class 1 vehicle departures. Early reporting indicated the victim was a 34-Year-old woman.
The event sanctioner, SCORE-International, reported the victim is in stable condition at this time and is being moved to a hospital in the United States after being discharged from Velmar hospital, in Ensenada, Baja Mexico.
The sanction rep reported, several injuries to the victim, including the face after her foot was caught by a tire of the racer, causing the victim to strike her head and face with the asphalt and be 'knocked-out', unconscious.
The driver/racer didn't even notice, he had struck and ran over the Monster girl. She was evaluated and stabilized by doctors in Mexico and medically evacuated to the United States.
