*Don't Swim at Ensenada Beaches During Your Stay!

The El Naranjo sewage treatment plant lacks the capacity to process sewage from 25% of the city of Ensenada, so the para-state agency has opted to discharge the untreated sewage into the ocean.

A worker has filed a criminal complaint against the State Commission for Public Services of Ensenada (CESPE) with the Federal Attorney General, as he holds CESPE responsible for acts and omissions which has caused ecological imbalances.

In the complaint filed August 31, file number fed/bc/539/2016, the person reporting said that in the night time he has been instructed to "open the valve" to the sewage pipelines that discharge into the sea from the El Naranjo sewage treatment plant onto Playa El Ciprés, one of the most visited tourist areas.

*San Quintin Cops Out Of Gas!

The municipal police in San Quintín were without fuel for patrols in more than 55 colonias in the district, which left residents without police service. Municipal police vehicles as well as public service vehicles were affected by the lack of fuel, which caused a delay in patrols as well as garbage collection.
Mexico is a failed state. Most of its people live or want to live, elsewhere. They have no money for police car gas.

So, if your'e a racer and get in a tangle in San Quentin, just run. Haul ass. The po-lice have no gas, to catch your, you know what!

And Roger Norman the Billionaire is taking the money? Sure, it's just us...we suppose this will all come to light after the NEXT local race death...

Unofficial sources indicated that the most affected were the municipal police, as for a part of Sunday and early Monday the few vehicles they had were parked and unable to provide security.

*Racer Robbery Mex Gran Prix!

A member of Lewis Hamilton's world championship-winning Mercedes team has been robbed at gunpoint ahead of the Mexican Grand Prix. The unnamed individual, who does not have a high profile, was travelling in a chauffeur-driven vehicle from Mexico City Airport to the team's hotel. A Mercedes spokesman said: "Wallets and watches were taken but there were no physical injuries." The robbery victim has chosen to stay in Mexico for the race. The Mercedes team member, who was not wearing 'branded' apparel, and driver were unhurt in the ordeal.

The German team declined to elaborate on whether the team would take further safety precautions.

*Emergency Care in Baja, Emergency Situation!

The governing body of the Tijuana General Hospital, made up of physicians who head departments, publicly denounced the current crisis in the hospital. There has been a lack of supplies and personnel in each of the areas.
Four officials leading the Health Ministry since 2013, are knowledgeable of the emergency situation. They are Miguel Osuna Millán, Sergio Tolento, Francisco Vera and Guillermo Trejo Dozal.

The Hospital Director, Fernando Peñúñuri, penned a notice, dated August 9, 2016, indicating the situation. Firstly, he pointed out there are an average 100 deaths each month in Emergency Care, when the normal range was a maximum of 60. Regarding this, the Chief of Emergencies, Luis Iván Carrillo Aréciga, added that every day they attend to around 150 patients, many of them in critical condition, and they do not have enough beds to meet the demand. They are short 194 nurses, based upon the number of patients.

***INSIDER details*** HERE>>>

UNO! First of the INSIDER details...the racers are sick of the fake Baja 1000 'qualifying' at SEMA! The stupid dog and pony show that wastes valuable course work and race prep time. The amateur timing, leaving no illusions that any team that shows in Vegas, has money and time to burn! Not mentioning those teams are also burning up their chances to compete and win in Baja.

Here's the lead-up to last years coverage!

***What do You think the Baja 1000 is?***

Most know it as a desert off-road race. The pure racers.  They also know about the carnage!

The colossal event mismanagement by SCORE has caused the racing to change. The racers now know to plan for contingencies on their own. That's the greatest threat to Baja racing and the international visitors/racers in the Republic of Mexico.

Last years race concluded with the entire group of Trophy Truck drivers (the country clubbers) talking among themselves, seeking answers, then a boycott. The boycott of the series of races put on by Norman, culminated at the last event, the Rosarito race.

None of the real Trophy Truck owners showed.

The racers are tired of the mismanagement of the sanction, SCORE International.

What's Next In This Years Events?

*Many others know it as a their biggest financial challenge of the desert racing year. The race is an afterthought to many of those who merely seek the financial means to get away from their responsibilities at home and work.  The forever vapid "Living the Dream" crowd.

They will kill, to race in Baja. They care about their racing experience. But, not as much as the money they use for their get-away!

You've heard about the racing deaths...Today, many know the race event as part of the Gringo Death Circus, directed by Roger Norman. Not for long. The boycott is underway...

Former employees of Norman have told us everything. We will report.

The Baja 1000 is also a fear factory for many. They want the motorsport thrill of desert off-road racing, but they also must deal with the realities of Baja Mexico.

No longer are 'commandos' running around in police garb. They are wearing street clothes. Undetectable. They are still here! The crimes are still here, just not being reported.

The potential kidnapping, theft and quick death.
We haven't talked about that stuff here in a while, but when all the yahoos (yes, Jesse James, included) were poopooing KIDNAPPINGS

The experience of George Noory of Coast To Coast AM, in 2012, now made famous, here on BajaRacingNews.com

Why do you think Roger Norman is pictured here with the Republic of Mexico's armed forces? He's stupid for publishing these images, yes. He's trying to show you how important he is. Instead, he proves his limited understanding of human 'trust'.

They have guns, to kill the bad guys. Luckily for the fearful, the truth is the thousands of criminals of Mexico, (and around the muslim globe) now live in the United States. Thanks to 'criminal-financial amnesty', offered by "El Norte", the worst of the worst now live next door to You, at home.

Just this morning, violent crime throughout the US, is announced as out of control. (Sept. 26, 2016)

So, the extreme criminal threats at the races have actually lessened, for short-term Baja visitors.

Then, there are the Adventurers!

Racing, yes. Financial challenge, always. However, this group embraces all of the facets that make up this event. These are the multi-dimensional thrill seekers.

Most pure racers couldn't care less about anything but, the racing.

For many in this 'adventure' group, who haven't been born into money, one of the first thrills is lots of outdoor life.

Into the unknown, mid-day at Coco's. Evening at Mermaids. In a panga heading to Killers. Overnight, under the stars, because they spend their valuable frog skins on fun, food or fuel, rather than shelter.

Their shelter is the roof of the heavens.

For the racers, chasers and others, the Baja 1000 will change their lives forever. Life and limb are at risk and they don't know it!

Steele runs BFG's at the start;
November 18, 2006
Desert Assassins Run BFGoodrich 'Projects' on their Trophy Truck

Yes, its been confirmed, Cameron Steele did run BFGoodrich Tires (Projects) on his team Trophy Truck. Not only was it obvious to onlookers at the start line in Ensenada, you can see them online, now, at the site that has SCam Steele leaving the start line on video. The BFG tire tread pattern is glaring.

The BFGoodrich tire inspector team at the start line caught Steele pissing all over his team sponsor, Yokohama. The late Robert 'Radio Bob' Hynes and his assistant busted the Desert Asses!

The Team Spills the beans on the BFGoodrich-Yokohama blowout:

""That is a personal issue between the vehicle owners (cam & clyde) and the two tire manufactures .... no need to drum up this kind of drama on this big "stage" ... maybe some other time, you'll get your question answered", said a DA source online. "They (The Desert Asses) haven't felt comfortable enough with the 35's & 37's of Yokohama and have not severed ties with BFGoodrich Tires.... nothing against Yokohama, they have been absolutely awesome supporters "all year" of Cameron Steeles "Team" .... and yes, heidi and vano have been using the Yokohama tires on the 7 as well as pinkie and cheater on the buggies", he continued.""
